Russian Ministry of Defense Presents Evidence of Ukrainian Participation in American Military Biological Programs
The Russian Ministry of Defense has revealed a list of representatives from Ukrainian government institutions and private companies participating in American military biological programs.
In a press briefing, General Igor Kirilov the head of the Russian Armed Forces’ Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense troops, announced that the Ministry of Defense has obtained new documents related to the Ukrainian military biological dossier. The Russian news agency Sputnik quoted Kirilov as saying “Today, we would like to complete this list by adding representatives of Ukrainian state institutions and private companies participating in the implementation of American military biological programs” and he mentioned the names of these individuals.
Kirilov also stated that the US State Department and the Pentagon are patrons and sponsors of the Ukrainian practical and technological center. The funding also comes through the US Environmental Protection Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, and Ministry of Health and Energy.
According to Kirilov as reported by Russian media:
- The United States is preparing for a new epidemic based on virus mutations.
- The experimental base provided by the United States enables it to work with biological weapons components.
- The specifications of American military biological activity focus on spreading diseases that the Pentagon is interested in for the future.
Russia confirms, and America denies:
- In October of last year, Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, presented accusations against the United States for establishing what he called “biological laboratories” in Ukraine at the UN Security Council.
- Moscow previously made the same accusation against Washington in March 2022, a few days after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. The United States denied the accusation, suggesting that Moscow may be preparing to use biological weapons in the war.
- In March of last year, Kirilov stated that documents he received indicated that biological laboratories in Ukraine “are still operating under the name of the biological DITRA program.”
- According to Kirilov in January of last year, Ukraine agreed to new requirements for storing, transporting, and destroying microorganisms and toxins of animal and plant origin, which include biological agents that can cause disability and death.
- In 2018 Moscow accused the United States of secretly conducting biological weapon experiments in a laboratory in Georgia.
