The competition, featuring representatives from all 50 states plus Washington D.C., narrowed down to 11 semifinalists. These contestants participated in various segments, including fitness displays, evening gown presentations, talent performances, and topical discussions.
Marsh’s journey to the crown included speaking passionately about America’s drug crisis and her late mother’s battle with pancreatic cancer during the discussion round. In the talent segment, she highlighted her achievement of earning a pilot’s license at 16, demonstrating her commitment to learning and leadership.
