The head of the Libyan government mandated by the parliament, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Emergency and Rapid Response, Dr. Osama Hammad, revealed the allocation of 200 million dinars to municipalities, cities and areas affected by the floods and floods left by the Mediterranean storm Daniel.
