Huawei has launched its wireless earbuds, the FreeBuds SE 2, globally after announcing them in China last month.
The new Huawei earbuds feature fast charging, providing up to 3 hours of continuous use with just a 10-minute charge, and up to 9 hours when fully charged.
The total battery life, including the charging case, reaches up to 40 hours.
Fast Charging and Extended Battery Life
The earbuds boast a distinctive and lightweight design, each weighing around 3.8 grams, ensuring comfortable extended use in the ear.
The redesigned design is a notable change from the previous generation.
Distinctive Design and Lightweight Comfort
The earbuds are IP54 rated for dust and water resistance, making them suitable for sports and outdoor activities.
Control of the new Huawei earbuds is achieved through double-tapping for play, pause, call answering, and ending.
Wireless connectivity to various devices is enabled through Bluetooth 5.3 technology, with support for quick pairing.
While the earbuds don’t offer active noise cancellation, they can isolate external noise during calls, according to Huawei.
Huawei will offer the FreeBuds SE 2 at an affordable price of under $50, making them a suitable option for budget-conscious consumers.
They are available in white and have already been released for purchase in countries like China and Colombia, gradually becoming available in other countries.
