The Xiaomi 14 series has been the subject of numerous leaks recently, with the latest details indicating Xiaomi’s plans to equip the upcoming models with 12GB of RAM in the flagship model.
Previous reports have suggested that Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Xiaomi 14 series ahead of the expected schedule this year, with the initial standout models featuring the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
The latest leaks from “Digital Chat Station” reveal that the Xiaomi 14 series will come with 12GB of RAM in the main model as an alternative to the 8GB RAM.
However, details about the highest RAM configuration haven’t been disclosed, though earlier information hinted at the Xiaomi 14 Pro offering storage options of 512GB or 1TB.
Another source for leaks has indicated that Xiaomi has already started mass production of the Xiaomi 14 series in August, with reports suggesting that Xiaomi’s supply orders have increased by 60%.
Furthermore, among the details emerging about Xiaomi’s upcoming releases is the screen design.
Xiaomi is introducing a flat-screen design for both the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, although the Pro version will feature slimmer bezels around the display.
It is expected that Xiaomi will officially unveil these models in November.
