Kylian Mbappé was reinstated into PSG’s first-team squad after ‘positive talks’ with the club
After being excluded from the team during its pre-season tour in Japan amid the ongoing transfer saga, Kylian Mbappe returns to his first team, Paris Saint-Germain, as the Frenchman was seen from the stands during his team’s match against Lorient in his first league match this season, which ended in a draw (0-0).
The club’s statement after talking to him:-
Paris Saint-Germain issued a statement on Sunday, saying, “After very constructive and positive talks between Paris Saint-Germain and Kylian Mbappe prior to the match against Lorient, the player was reinstated in the first-team squad this morning.” The player has also been training separately from the first team while his encounter with the club continues.
The events of his transfer from the club:-
First: his personal opinion
Despite publicly declaring his desire to stay in Paris for the upcoming 2023–24 season, Mbappe is said to be unhappy in the French capital, and according to multiple reports in June, he told PSG he would not extend his contract earlier this year. In close association with the move to Real Madrid, He also was close to signing with the Spanish giants last year before turning down a move in favor of extending his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
Second: In the opinion of the club president
Paris Saint-Germain President Nasser Al-Khelaifi said last July that the club would not allow the star to go out for free, and we also issued a warning to Mbappe: To sign a new contract or sell him. He also turned down a meeting and contract with Saudi club Al-Hilal after he was reportedly ready to break world record transfer fees and pay $332 million (€300 million) for the French forward. The proposed deal was also expected to include a staggering salary package. It amounts to 775 million dollars.
