Argentine coach Diego Simeone, coach of Atletico Madrid and traditional rivals of Real Madrid in the Spanish capital, responded to the possibility of French star, Kylian Mbappe, joining the Merengue.
Several reports have confirmed that Mbappe has an agreement with the Royal Club to move to the team in the summer of 2023 after announcing that his contract with Paris Saint-Germain will not be extended.
In an interview with the Spanish newspaper “AS”, the Argentine coach revealed his opinion on Mbappe’s joining Real Madrid, especially since the royal club is the archenemy of his team in the Spanish league.
Simeone: Real Madrid’s signing of Mbappe makes LaLiga the best
Simeone said in his remarks: “Mbappe joining Real Madrid would be unusual for La Liga, so he can continue to be the best league.”
The Atleti coach added: “Real Madrid have no economic problems that prevent them from signing Mbappe. If he doesn’t show up this year, he will definitely come next year.”

Simeone confirms Joao Felix’s exit from his accounts
Simeone spoke about Joao Felix although he has a chance with the Atleti team next season as he stressed that there is no player bigger than the club, in a clear message to Joao that he is out of his calculations.
Simeone added that Joao has given his best with Atletico Madrid and that he cannot demand more in the coming period, which means that the door is open for the exit of the player, who prefers to leave in turn.
