Real Madrid has decided the future of the team’s star midfielder after the temptations of the Premier League
Real Madrid has reached a crucial decision regarding the future of their Uruguayan player, Federico Valverde, according to media reports.
According to the Spanish newspaper “Marca,” Real Madrid has come to an agreement with Valverde to extend his contract.
Valverde’s current contract with Real Madrid is set to expire in June 2027, and he has received offers from Premier League clubs recently.
As per “Marca,” Real Madrid will extend Valverde’s contract for an additional year, including the addition of a release clause valued at one billion euros, along with an improvement in his current salary.
Reports also indicate that Real Madrid has reached an agreement to renew their player Eduardo Camavinga’s contract until 2029.
It has been previously reported that Vinicius Junior will also renew his contract with Real Madrid, and the announcement of contract extensions for these three players is expected soon.
Valverde has participated in nine La Liga matches with Real Madrid this season, scoring one goal and assisting in another.
He has also been part of the team’s UEFA Champions League matches, contributing with an assist.
