Erling Haaland leads the expected lineup of Manchester City against RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League

The Sky Blues are preparing for a tough encounter in the UEFA Champions League against the German club Leipzig on the upcoming Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. GMT, 10:00 p.m. Saudi Arabia and Cairo time.

Manchester City aims to achieve a positive result to appease its fans after the defeat suffered by the team last Saturday in the English Premier League against Wolverhampton Wanderers with a score of 2-1. Despite that defeat, City still sits at the top of the league table with 18 points, while Wolverhampton Wanderers raised their points to 7 in fourteenth place.

The expected lineup for the Sky Blues in that match against RB Leipzig is as follows:

Goalkeeper: Ederson.

Defense: Ruben Dias, Nathan Ake, Akaji, Kyle Walker.

Midfield: Kovacic, Matheus Nunes, Jeremy Doku, Phil Foden, Julian Alvarez.

Attack: Erling Haaland.

The two teams enter this encounter under the title of “Who will take the lead,” as both teams are tied at the top of the group with 3 points.
