The Saudi Embassy in Japan confirms the safety of its citizens after the Kushiro earthquake

The Saudi Arabian Embassy in Japan has announced that it is monitoring the effects of the recent earthquake that struck the city of Kushiro a few days ago, and the embassy has confirmed the safety of all its citizens.

Through its official page on the social media platform X, the Saudi Embassy has advised citizens to follow the local authorities’ instructions regarding disasters. They also added that in case of any emergency, it is necessary to contact the Saudi Affairs department at the following number: 09055833862. The embassy also expressed its wishes for the safety of everyone.

It is worth mentioning that on Saturday, September 2, 2023, an earthquake with a magnitude of approximately 4.8 on the Richter scale hit the famous Japanese city of Kushiro. The Saudi Arabian Embassy in Japan has shown concern for this matter in order to ensure the safety of all its citizens and provide any necessary assistance they may need.
