Mini has finally unveiled the interior design of the 2024 Mini Cooper electric car, which blends the iconic design and features of classic Mini models with modern technologies that today’s customers expect.
The most prominent interior feature is the central display screen, which is well-known in Mini cars.
However, in this specific car, the company has opted to replace all conventional components with a large circular digital screen with curved edges.
This screen serves both as the central control unit and the entertainment display simultaneously.
These images also reveal that the electric Cooper will have a pop-up front screen, a technology that has become popular as most car manufacturers choose to project information directly onto the windshield.
It is noteworthy that the front console is trimmed with fabric and has ambient lighting.
Furthermore, the exterior design of the car receives significant updates to the Mini identity, The electric Cooper features a closed front fascia with a white frame, and at the back, the car carries updated taillights with the iconic British flag signature.
Mini has confirmed that the Cooper E will come with a 40.7-kilowatt-hour battery capacity and an electric motor producing 181 horsepower.
Meanwhile, the Cooper SE will be equipped with a larger 54.2-kilowatt-hour battery and a more powerful electric motor, producing 215 horsepower.
