Hyundai introduces the all-new Santa Fe with a completely redesigned exterior and modern features
Hyundai’s design team seems to have finally started introducing cars that are radically different from what is expected, while still maintaining aesthetics and uniqueness.
The new Hyundai Santa Fe reflects a new direction for the company that we will see in the upcoming generations of its production cars.
The fifth-generation Santa Fe, set to be fully unveiled in August, will feature a “bold” design, according to SangYup Lee, Head of Hyundai’s Global Design Center.
He says, “The all-new Santa Fe is a completely new SUV that offers a perfect balance between city life and the great outdoors.”
The car reflects the goal of providing comfort and performance, with its long wheelbase, spacious interior, and versatile uses.
The least that can be said about the new car’s front fascia is that it is elegant, featuring connected headlights that form the letter “H” from the Hyundai logo.
This design inspiration is also evident in the taillights and certain interior elements.
Inside, the Hyundai Santa Fe aims to provide a sense of sophistication and spaciousness, It offers luxurious seat finishes and high-quality materials, including wood trims and embroidered seats.
Hyundai promises a class-leading interior space with its long wheelbase, wide rear gate, and fully foldable seats in the second and third rows, The car will feature a curved display that extends from the instrument cluster to the infotainment system.
While no technical details have been revealed yet, the “2.5T” badge at the back confirms that the car will be equipped with a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine, which produces 277 horsepower in other models from the company.
It is expected that the car will also offer a 1.6-liter engine and a hybrid variant in the future.
Hyundai is preparing to launch the car in detail on its YouTube channel in August, where we will learn more information about it.
