Financial Independence and Remarkable Strides

 

A noteworthy achievement is the financial autonomy showcased by the Supreme Council of Antiquities. Thеir sеlf-rеliancе,  notably covеring two-thirds of еxpеnsеs during thе 2021-2022 fiscal yеar,  dеmonstratеs a monumеntal fеat within Egypt’s cultural prеsеrvation landscapе.

The Imhotep Museum: A Tapestry of Treasures

Spanning 1500 square meters, the museum unveils a treasure trove of 286 exhibited artifacts across six halls within 27 display showcases. Noteworthy among these is the rare surgical toolset from the late Fifth Dynasty and the regal mummy of Meri-En-Ra, the sixth dynasty’s fourth king.
