Dutch Seismologist Frank Hogerbeets Issues New Warning: Prepare for Potential Earthquake

In a surprising and somewhat controversial move, Dutch seismologist Frank Hogerbeets issued a fresh warning regarding the likelihood of a medium to large-scale earthquake.

Hogerbeets cautioned, “Be prepared along this line. The possibility of a medium to strong earthquake.”

Hours before his tweet, he posted a graphical representation, stating, “The high lunar peak (in green) last night supports the occurrence of the largest earthquake, approximately between October 23 and 24.”

Hogerbeets’ name is frequently associated with seismic predictions, often claiming, “I predicted this earthquake… and warned of this tremor.” His predictions are widely disseminated on social media platforms, causing alarm and even panic worldwide. These predictions often link seismic events to celestial alignments and what he terms “critical geometry,” which, according to his theory, can influence Earth’s geological activity.

Nevertheless, mainstream scientists consistently stress that there is no scientifically proven method to predict earthquakes before they happen. They have largely dismissed Hogerbeets’ theory, not giving it much attention.

When asked about why astronomers and geologists dismiss his theory, Hogerbeets responded, “I believe that monitoring planets in this context is considered unscientific by definition, which may explain their reluctance to investigate it further.”

Frank Hogerbeets has previously made several predictions about seismic events that have materialized months, weeks, or days later, including the devastating earthquake in Turkey earlier this year, which claimed over 50,000 lives, and the recent earthquake in Morocco, resulting in 3,000 casualties. He has also forecasted a series of recent concurrent quakes that shook Afghanistan in the past few days.
