In a lighthearted incident caught on video, Duchess Kate was taken by surprise by a young boy during her visit to a sporting center, where a rugby event for children with special needs was taking place.
The Duchess was in Hull city on Thursday, engaging with members of Britain’s champion wheelchair rugby team, who have previously won the World Cup in the sport. As she interacted with one of the young attendees, another boy approached her from behind, playfully tickling her.
