Argentinian star Lionel Messi has sent a strong message to his former club Paris Saint-Germain, affirming that he was not interested in joining the Parisian team.

During a press statement, Messi stated, “I was never interested in moving to Paris Saint-Germain, and I did not plan for it, My desire was always to continue with Barcelona”.
Lionel Messi added, “I am extremely happy with Inter Miami’s team in the United States. I made this decision after a long period of consideration”.
The Argentinian star continued, “The Ballon d’Or is undoubtedly a great achievement, but I do not give it the utmost importance. I prefer collective titles over individual ones”.
Messi concluded his statement by saying, “After winning the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, I no longer think about the Ballon d’Or at all”.
It is worth mentioning that Lionel Messi has moved to Inter Miami in the United States from Paris Saint-Germain during the current summer transfer window.
