Israeli forces carried out a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank early Monday morning, resulting in injuries and clashes with Palestinian civilians. The operation involved the invasion of various areas in the West Bank, where several Palestinians were detained.
In the town of Jenin, four Palestinians were injured, one of them seriously, when Israeli forces opened fire near the village of Ya’bad. Three of the injured individuals were subsequently arrested, while the fourth, critically wounded in the abdomen and chest, was rushed to Ibn Sina hospital for treatment.
In Ramallah, Israeli forces besieged a house in the town of Beit Rima, arresting two brothers. According to the Palestinian news agency, Wafa, four young men from the towns of Beit Rima and Aaroura, northwest of Ramallah, were detained by Israeli forces. Local sources reported that the two brothers, Ayham (25 years old) and Ibrahim Abdel Latif Rimawi (22 years old), were apprehended during a raid on their homes in Beit Rima. Additionally, the brothers Abd al-Jawad and Ahmed Shhadeh Saleh were arrested during a raid on their homes in Aaroura, north of Ramallah.
In a related context, Israeli forces also entered the village of Al-Mughayir, east of Ramallah, and detained two young men, Ali Tariq Haj Mohammed (25 years old) and Ayser Haj Mohammed (21 years old), holding them for several hours before releasing them. Furthermore, the Israeli army arrested approximately 15 Palestinians during dawn raids and arrests conducted on Monday.
