WWE Wrestler Bray Wyatt Passes Away Unexpectedly at the Age of 36

Professional wrestler and WWE champion Bray Wyatt sadly passed away in the early hours of Friday, at the age of 36, after spending several months away from the ring.

The renowned wrestler’s death was announced by American wrestler Triple H, who considered him one of the most creative minds in professional wrestling. Triple H shared the news on his official Twitter account saying, “I just received a phone call from WWE member, Mike Rotunda, who informed me of the tragic news of Windham Rotunda’s – also known as Bray Wyatt – unexpected passing earlier today.”

He further added, “Our thoughts are with his family, and we ask everyone to respect their privacy at this time.” The cause of death has not been mentioned.

According to Spanish newspaper “Marca”, Rotunda’s last appearance was in February and it was mentioned that he was suffering from a life-threatening illness and did not receive authorization to return to the ring. The paper highlighted that Bray Wyatt suffered a heart attack due to underlying heart problems caused by the coronavirus.

Bray Wyatt joined WWE in 2009 and throughout his professional career he won five world championships.
