ZTE officially announced today the nubia Z50S Pro, a smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 processor and featuring 35mm focal length lenses, The phone will be available starting at $515.
The nubia Z50S Pro boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260 by 2800 pixels, offering a pixel density of 452 pixels per inch.
The aspect ratio is 20:9, and it supports 10-bit colors with 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and a DC dimming rate of 2160Hz.
The display also supports a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of either 1000Hz or 720Hz for multi-touch on the screen.
Additionally, the phone comes with a triple-camera setup on the back, featuring a 50-megapixel main sensor with a size of 1/1.49 inches and an f/1.59 aperture, This sensor uses 1G+6P lenses and has a focal length of 35mm.
The camera setup also includes a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle view at a 13mm focal length and an f/2.0 aperture.
The camera supports macro shots at 2.5cm, The third sensor is a 16-megapixel telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture, featuring optical image stabilization.
The nubia Z50S Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset clocked at 3.36GHz and includes a large 4233mm² cooling system.
Furthermore, the phone packs a 5100mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging.
Pre-orders for the device have begun in the Chinese market, and sales are scheduled to start on July 27.
The ZTE nubia Z50S Pro is available in the main variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, priced at $515.
