During the recent Eid al-Adha holiday, some cigarette shops stopped displaying their products, citing an alleged increase in official prices. However, the Eastern Company for Tobacco confirmed that the producing companies have not raised cigarette prices or announced any new increases. The current official prices for cigarettes have remained unchanged since March and April of this year.
The rumors have led to a decrease in sales during the holiday period, with consumers uncertain about the future pricing of cigarettes. The company has reassured consumers that any future price changes will be officially announced, urging them to disregard unfounded rumors.
